Role Overview
Provide customer help and advice regarding Kcal products and services.
Work with the customer service team and nutrition staff to support client meal plans and appointments.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers by telephone, email, letter, and face to face.
- Investigate and solve customer problems while working closely with the Team Leader.
- Maintain accurate records of customer discussions and correspondence.
- Keep up to date with products, promotions, services, and organizational changes.
- Collect client payments for meal plans and update the money collection schedule.
- Coordinate client appointments with Nutritionists.
- Ensure meal plans are created accurately with Nutrition Officers or the in-house Nutritionist.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Three years of customer service experience is preferred.
- Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 4,500 per month.
