Role Overview
Creditcare Credit Management is hiring a Financial Advisor to help clients manage outstanding bank debts through structured salary-based repayment plans.
The role combines financial guidance, debt collection, negotiation, and professional client communication.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month, with monthly performance-based incentives.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients with outstanding bank debts and recover dues through negotiation and collection activities.
- Develop repayment strategies based on clients' salary structures.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and payments.
- Follow up on payment commitments, ensure timely collections, and meet daily and monthly recovery targets.
- Communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally with clients.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in a debt collection agency, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of salary-based repayment systems and basic knowledge of UAE banking and credit systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage pressure and work toward deadlines.
