Role Overview
A partner company is seeking a Creative Coordinator (Project Manager) based in India.
The role supports creative operations in a fast-moving digital media environment.
The position combines project coordination, administrative support, performance reporting, and systems management.
Accountabilities
- Maintain advertising libraries and databases, including creative headers, ad copy, headlines, and insights.
- Support performance reports, quarterly business reviews, and data-quality checks across systems.
- Provide data entry, formatting, screenshot management, and client database maintenance.
- Coordinate new client launches, milestones, timelines, and outstanding actions across internal teams.
- Support migration and organization of ClickUp and related workflow processes.
- Manage calendars and meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and document minutes and follow-up actions.
- Improve information flow between teams and systems and reduce administrative friction.
- Use AI and workflow tools to improve efficiency and support scalable creative operations.
- Communicate priorities, risks, and deadlines across concurrent projects.
