Responsibilities
- Maintain meeting rooms, executive lounges, and hospitality areas to highest standards
- Provide professional table setting, food and beverage service, and VIP hospitality
- Accompany and support management during site visits, events, and external meetings
- Handle petty cash, expense tracking, and procurement errands with accuracy
- Work closely with Executive Assistant to ensure smooth day to day operations
- Provide support on weekends for bank transactions, appointments, shopping, and urgent site visits
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Butler, Executive Butler, VIP Hospitality Associate, Concierge, or similar corporate hospitality role
- Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours including weekends
- Experience in professional table setting, food and beverage service, and VIP hospitality protocols
- Ability to handle petty cash, expense tracking, and procurement errands
- Strong customer service skills and ability to remain calm in fast paced environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and anticipate executive needs
- Tagalog language required
- 2 years of executive butler experience required

Job Summary
- Seeking a highly professional, service oriented, and proactive Corporate Butler.
- Will work closely with the Executive Assistant and senior leadership team.
- Ensuring highest standards of hospitality, administrative support, and day to day executive services.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Professional appearance, excellent grooming standards, and service oriented mindset.
- Previous experience as a Butler, Executive Butler, VIP Hospitality Associate, Concierge, or similar.
- Must be willing to work overtime when required, especially during high volume printing and presentations.
- Must be flexible to work beyond regular hours during events and launching.
- Entitled to two days off per week; flexibility required for weekends when business needs arise.
- Responsible for maintaining meeting rooms, executive lounges, and hospitality areas.
- Experienced in professional table setting, food and beverage service, and VIP hospitality protocols.
- Must be willing to accompany management during site visits, events, and external meetings.
- Able to handle petty cash, expense tracking, and procurement errands.
- Strong customer service skills with ability to remain calm and professional.
- Must be firm, professional, proactive, and a strong team player.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and anticipate executive needs.
