Role Overview
Seeking a creative and dynamic content creator to manage video content, social media, website content, and lead generation.
Content and Social Media
- Plan, shoot, and edit daily videos and vlogs.
- Manage and grow the company's presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other social platforms.
- Develop creative strategies for lead generation.
- Create visually appealing content aligned with the brand.
- Monitor performance and engagement metrics and adjust strategies.
- Manage content production from concept through publishing.
- Stay current with social media and content creation trends.
Website Management
- Update website text, images, blog posts, and banners regularly.
- Manage product or service listings and verify that links and pages function properly.
- Maintain the website using CMS tools such as WordPress or Shopify, or by collaborating with developers.
- Optimize website content for SEO and user experience.
Other Duties
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and sales teams on content and promotions.
- Handle basic email marketing or newsletters when needed.
- Assist with digital campaigns or launches.
- Recommend improvements based on digital trends.
Requirements
- Demonstrated skills in photography, videography, and video editing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or Squarespace.
- Strong communication and content writing skills.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media algorithms.
- Creativity, independence, organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
Languages and Preferences
- Fluency in English is required.
- Arabic is a bonus.
- Experience in lead generation through digital content is a plus.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
