Consultant or Senior Consultant opportunity supporting a client engagement.
The work focuses on business excellence, Lean, process standardisation, or finance transformation.
Contract Duration
- The engagement is a 3–6 month contract with possible extension.
Technical Skills and Competencies
- Experience in business excellence, Lean, process standardisation, or finance transformation.
- Experience with O2C billing processes, controls, and upstream and downstream dependencies.
- Knowledge of process mapping, RACI, SOPs, controls, KPIs, and root-cause analysis.
- Workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and documentation capability.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and process-analysis capability.
Location
- The role is located in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Analyze O2C billing processes, controls, and upstream and downstream dependencies.
- Map processes and document RACI structures, SOPs, controls, and KPIs.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and document process outcomes.
- Perform root-cause analysis and support process standardisation or transformation activities.
