Reporting to the Director of Construction, the Construction Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful planning, coordination, reporting, and administration of telMAX's FTTH outside plant construction program. The Construction Coordinator acts as the central point of coordination between Construction, Engineering, Project Management, Finance, Resident Relations, vendors, and other internal stakeholders. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate construction reporting, coordinating vendor administration activities, supporting project governance, managing customer-related construction inquiries, and ensuring critical construction processes are executed efficiently. The successful candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment while maintaining exceptional customer service and communication.

Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, or field operations.
Experience working with project management and reporting systems.
Experience supporting customer service or resident relations activities is considered an asset.
College diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering Technology, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
CAPM, PMP, Project Coordination, or equivalent certifications are considered assets.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills are considered an asset.
