Your Position
The Outside Sales Representative generates new residential customers by promoting and selling telMAX internet, TV, and home phone services.
This is a field-based, face-to-face sales role focused on assigned communities and territory ownership.
Telecommunications experience is not required because product, system, and sales-process training is provided.
Earnings
- Successful representatives may earn approximately $100,000–$120,000 annually in on-target earnings.
- The role offers a competitive variable compensation package.
Key Duties
- Conduct face-to-face residential sales in assigned neighbourhoods.
- Introduce homeowners to residential internet, TV, and home phone services.
- Build rapport, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Canvass neighbourhoods, prospect for new business, and follow up on opportunities.
- Record customer interactions, sales activity, appointments, and pipeline updates.
- Achieve recurring sales goals and stay current on products, pricing, promotions, and market conditions.
- Participate in meetings, coaching, training, and ongoing professional development.
