The company is expanding its fibre network to residential and business customers across Southern Ontario.
Your Position
The Brand Ambassador reports to the VP of Sales and introduces telMAX fibre optic services to residents and businesses.
The role represents the brand, engages with the community, generates leads, builds relationships, and supports customer growth.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Engage residents and businesses at their doorsteps and explain the advantages of telMAX fibre optic services.
- Generate leads through door-to-door interactions and community engagement, then collaborate with sales to develop opportunities.
- Provide clear service information, answer questions, and help customers understand the value of telMAX services.
- Address service concerns and questions proactively to support customer satisfaction.
- Work with team members to manage inquiries and share insights that improve lead conversion.
- Stay current on telMAX products and services to communicate accurate information.
- Travel to different neighborhoods and spend up to 75% of the time in the field.
