The Construction Manager will lead execution of high-rise building projects in Dubai.
The role is with a main contractor in the construction field and requires proven high-rise project delivery experience.
Job Details
- The stated location is DIFC, Dubai.

Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 15 years of construction management experience is required.
- At least 5 years of high-rise building project experience is required.
- A proven track record of successful project delivery in Dubai is required.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other regulatory authorities is required.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site construction activities to maintain schedules and quality standards.
- Lead construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers in a safe and collaborative environment.
- Monitor budgets, cost estimates, and adjustments to prevent cost overruns.
- Develop and manage construction schedules and project milestones.
- Monitor work, inspect materials, and conduct site assessments for quality compliance.
- Enforce health and safety protocols and regulatory compliance on site.
- Work with clients, architects, and engineers to meet project requirements and provide updates.
- Identify and resolve on-site project challenges to maintain progress.
