- Read and interpret technical drawings and collaborate with engineers and project managers
- Provide clear direction and feedback to workers
- Assist with progress reporting and resolve on site issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
- Technical construction skills including Carpentry and familiarity with Civil Engineering concepts
- Experience operating or supervising Heavy Equipment use on construction sites
- Ability to perform and enforce Quality Control standards
- Strong Communication skills for coordinating teams and reporting
- Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role within construction
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents

Role Description
- This full time, on site Construction Foreman role is based in Abu Dhabi and involves overseeing daily construction activities on assigned projects.
- Coordinate and supervise site crews, assign tasks, and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in line with project specifications.
- Monitor quality of workmanship, manage use of materials and equipment, and support compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, collaborate with engineers and project managers, and provide clear direction and feedback to workers.
- Assist with progress reporting, resolving on site issues, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Technical construction skills, including proficiency in Carpentry and familiarity with Civil Engineering concepts relevant to site execution.
- Experience operating or supervising Heavy Equipment use on construction sites, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
- Ability to perform and enforce Quality Control standards to ensure work meets project specifications and industry best practices.
- Strong Communication skills for coordinating teams, reporting to management, and collaborating with clients and engineering staff.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role within construction or related fields.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and commitment to safe work practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
