About the Role

- Build and maintain long term relationships with private collectors, family offices and art advisors
- Develop strategic relationships with museums, cultural institutions and international partners
- Identify new collector acquisition opportunities across Qatar and the GCC
- Coordinate VIP collector programmes, private viewings and exclusive events
- Support participation in prestigious international art fairs and networking events
- Work directly with the Founder & CEO on strategic collector development initiatives
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities within the luxury and contemporary art sectors
- Contribute to the Gallery's international growth strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Arts, Business, Marketing, Cultural Management or a related field
- Previous experience in galleries, auction houses, museums, luxury brands, private banking, relationship management or high end client services
- Excellent communication, networking and relationship management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and client focused approach
- Fluent English is required
- Availability for frequent regional and international travel

- Arturo Palomba Gallery LLC is an international contemporary art gallery headquartered in Dubai, collaborating with internationally recognised artists, collectors, museums and cultural institutions across Europe, the Middle East and global markets.
- As part of our continued expansion across the GCC, we are seeking an experienced Collector Relations Manager to strengthen relationships with private collectors, family offices, cultural institutions and international partners while supporting the Gallery's long term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long term relationships with private collectors, family offices and art advisors.
- Develop strategic relationships with museums, cultural institutions and international partners.
- Identify new collector acquisition opportunities across Qatar and the GCC.
- Coordinate VIP collector programmes, private viewings and exclusive events.
- Support participation in prestigious international art fairs and networking events.
- Work directly with the Founder & CEO on strategic collector development initiatives.

Requirements

- Arabic is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.

Salary
- QAR 28,000 – QAR 40,000 per month
