Responsibilities
- Build highly targeted prospect lists using Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar tools
- Write personalized cold email copy, subject lines, and CTAs
- Build and launch multi step outbound sequences (4–8 touchpoints)
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on engagement metrics
- Manage inbox reputation using platforms like Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, Mailwarm
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, CTAs, and send times
- Review campaign replies, qualify prospects, and route them to the sales team
- Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in Cold Email Outreach, Outbound Lead Generation, Sales Development, or Outbound Marketing
- Hands on experience with Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, Woodpecker, or similar outreach platforms
- Experience writing cold email campaigns
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Excellent written English communication

What You’ll Own

- Experience writing cold email campaigns.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent written English communication.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing large scale email deliverability.
- Understanding of DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC.
- Experience supporting B2B SaaS, agencies, or service businesses.
- Experience collaborating with SDRs or Account Executives.
