Responsibilities
- Build highly targeted prospect lists using Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other platforms
- Write personalized cold email copy, subject lines, and calls to action
- Build and launch multi step outbound sequences (4–8 touchpoints)
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on engagement and reply metrics
- Manage inbox reputation using platforms like Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, Mailwarm
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, CTAs, and send times
- Track key metrics including open rates, reply rates, bounce rates, and conversion rates
- Review campaign replies, qualify prospects, and route them to the sales team
- Maintain accurate CRM records using HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Ensure campaigns comply with CAN SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in Cold Email Outreach, Outbound Lead Generation, Sales Development (SDR), or Outbound Marketing
- Hands on experience with outreach platforms such as Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, or Woodpecker
- Experience writing cold email campaigns
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Excellent written English communication
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Experience managing large scale email deliverability is nice to have
- Understanding of DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC is nice to have

About the Role
- At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Cold Email Outreach Specialist to generate qualified sales opportunities through strategic outbound email campaigns.
- This is a hands on, performance driven role where you’ll own the entire cold email process—from building targeted prospect lists and writing personalized outreach to managing deliverability, optimizing campaigns, and qualifying inbound responses.
What You’ll Own
- Build highly targeted prospect lists using Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, and similar platforms.
- Segment prospects by industry, company size, job title, geography, and ICP.
- Verify and clean contact data using NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, Clearout.
- Maintain organized prospect databases and outreach lists.
- Write personalized cold email copy, subject lines, and calls to action.
- Build and launch multi step outbound sequences (4–8 touchpoints).
- Personalize messaging using company and prospect research.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and continuously optimize.
- Manage inbox reputation using Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, Mailwarm.
- Monitor bounce rates, spam scores, sender reputation, and inbox health.
- Rotate sending domains and inboxes to maximize deliverability.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, CTAs, and send times.
Required Experience & Skills
- 1–2+ years of experience in Cold Email Outreach, Outbound Lead Generation, Sales Development (SDR), or Outbound Marketing.
- Hands on experience with Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, Woodpecker, or similar outreach platforms.
- Experience writing cold email campaigns.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent written English communication.
- Nice to have: Experience managing large scale email deliverability; understanding of DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC; experience supporting B2B SaaS, agencies, or service businesses; familiarity with outbound automation workflows and CRM integrations.
