About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customers’ strategies, goals, challenges, risks, and transformation priorities, and connect them to NetApp’s differentiated unified platform and solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor by combining business acumen, technical curiosity, and solution expertise to guide customer transformation journeys.
- Demonstrate a strong hunting mentality by identifying whitespace opportunities, new workloads, emerging buyer personas, and expansion paths across your territory.
- Execute with disciplined sales excellence, including pipeline management and forecast accuracy, leveraging MEDDICC for effective discovery and qualification.
- Drive in quarter deal execution while building multi quarter account plans that generate demand and address customers’ most critical pain points.
- Lead and orchestrate an integrated pursuit team to deliver a seamless customer experience, and ensure a structured post sales handoff to Customer Success with a clear value realization plan.

- Understanding of hybrid cloud architectures, data and AI platforms, and consumption economics
- Results driven, resilient, and committed to winning as part of a team
- Ability to thrive in whitespace, identifying new workloads and uncovering new buyers
- Credible executive seller who drives solution based selling through tailored discovery and compelling storytelling
- Ability to build ROI and TCO models, structure deal economics, and guide executives through financial decisions
- Clear, timely, and tailored communication skills
- Belief in orchestration, clarity, and empowerment, leveraging partners, specialists, and internal teams
- Focus on driving customer satisfaction and solution consumption to build long term relationships
