Job Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customers’ strategies, goals, challenges, risks, and transformation priorities, and connect them to NetApp’s differentiated unified platform and solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor by combining business acumen, technical curiosity, and solution expertise to guide customer transformation journeys.
- Demonstrate a strong hunting mentality by identifying whitespace opportunities, new workloads, emerging buyer personas, and expansion paths across your territory.
- Execute with disciplined sales excellence, including pipeline management and forecast accuracy, leveraging MEDDICC for effective discovery and qualification.
- Drive in quarter deal execution while building multi quarter account plans that generate demand and address customers’ most critical pain points.
- Lead and orchestrate an integrated pursuit team to deliver a seamless customer experience, and ensure a structured post sales handoff to Customer Success with a clear value realization plan aligned to the original business case.

- You confidently build ROI and TCO models, structure deal economics, and guide executives through financial decisions with clarity and credibility.
- Your communication is clear, timely, and tailored to each audience. Customers trust your ability to simplify complexity, define next steps, and guide them to the right outcomes.
