About the Role

- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities
- Allocate duties and monitor staff performance
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained
- Train and guide cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety practices
- Manage attendance, duty rosters, and leave schedules
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and raise requisitions when required
- Address client complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Prepare daily and monthly reports as required by management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor in UAE/GCC
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and responsible Cleaning Supervisor to oversee housekeeping and cleaning operations.
- The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, supervise cleaning staff, manage schedules, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor in UAE/GCC.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and staff efficiently.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- UAE/GCC experience is mandatory.
