About the Role
Eco Facility Management LLC is seeking an experienced Client Service Manager & Operations Manager to oversee client relationships and daily operations in facility management and cleaning services.

Responsibilities
- Manage day to day operations across multiple client locations
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and timely resolution of concerns
- Build and maintain long term client relationships to ensure contract retention and business growth
- Plan and coordinate manpower deployment, work schedules, and site operations
- Supervise Operations Supervisors, Team Leaders, and site staff
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with service standards
- Prepare operational reports, client review reports, and KPI performance reports
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Support mobilization of new contracts and oversee successful handover of new projects
Requirements
- Experience in facility management and cleaning services
- Knowledge of tenders, proposals, LPO, and quotations
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to manage day to day operations across multiple client locations
- Supervisory experience

Job Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Client Service Manager & Operations Manager to oversee client relationships and daily operations within our Facility Management and Cleaning Services division.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing service delivery, leading operational teams, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction across multiple client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Knowledge to make Tenders, Proposals, LPO & Quotations.
- Negotiation Skills
- Manage day to day operations across multiple client locations.

- Coordinate with the HR department for recruitment, onboarding, staff training, and performance management.
- Prepare operational reports, client review reports, and KPI performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Monitor service quality, productivity, and client satisfaction, implementing improvements where required.
Pay
- AED 5,000.00 AED 7,000.00 per month
