About the Role

- Prepare tenders, contracts, and proposals
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
- Manage client relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in a Facility Management, Cleaning, or Technical Services Company
- Proven experience in tender preparation, contract management, and proposal preparation
- Strong knowledge of preparing technical and commercial quotations
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Ability to coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred

- AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
