Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of cleaning services across multiple client locations
- Plan and coordinate manpower deployment, shift schedules, and workforce allocation
- Lead and supervise site supervisors, team leaders, and cleaning staff
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and handle operational issues professionally
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff performance management
- Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, attendance, and service quality
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Manage cleaning equipment, chemicals, consumables, and inventory
- Prepare operational reports, client reports, and performance reviews
- Support the mobilization of new contracts and ensure smooth transition of new projects
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality
Requirements
- Extensive experience working with a Facility Management, Cleaning Services, or Technical Services Company in the UAE
- Experience in managing operations of cleaning services across multiple client locations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of health, safety, and company policies
