Responsibilities
- Manage daily cleaning operations across multiple commercial, residential, and industrial sites
- Plan manpower deployment, work schedules, and shift allocations
- Supervise Cleaning Supervisors and site teams to ensure high quality service delivery
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients and address operational concerns promptly
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of cleaning staff
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and workforce performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Manage cleaning equipment, chemicals, consumables, and inventory
- Prepare operational reports, KPI reports, and client performance reviews
- Support contract mobilization, project implementation, and continuous service improvement
- Work closely with procurement and other departments to ensure uninterrupted operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Facility Management, Cleaning Services, or Technical Services Company within the UAE
- Experience managing cleaning teams and operations
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Ability to prepare operational reports and KPIs

Job Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee and manage the daily cleaning operations across multiple client sites.
- The ideal candidate must have proven experience in a Facility Management, Cleaning Services, or Technical Services Company within the UAE.

Compensation
- Pay: AED5,000.00 AED7,000.00 per month
