- Plan manpower deployment, shift schedules, and staff allocations
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and client requirements are met
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and promptly resolve operational issues
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and operational KPIs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Manage housekeeping materials, chemicals, equipment, and inventory
- Support the mobilization of new contracts and operational improvements
Requirements
- Proven background in Facility Management, Cleaning Services, or Technical Services companies in the UAE
- Experience managing multiple sites and supervising large teams
- Strong leadership and client relationship management skills
- Ability to plan manpower deployment, shift schedules, and staff allocations
- Knowledge of health, safety, and company policies
- Experience in preparing operational reports

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Housekeeping Operations Manager to lead our housekeeping operations within the facility management sector. The ideal candidate must have a proven background in Facility Management, Cleaning Services, or Technical Services companies in the UAE.
- This role requires a strong leader who can manage multiple sites, supervise large teams, maintain excellent client relationships, and ensure high quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day to day housekeeping operations across multiple client sites.
- Manage and supervise housekeeping supervisors and site staff.
- Plan manpower deployment, shift schedules, and staff allocations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and client requirements are met.

Pay
- Pay: AED5,000.00 AED7,000.00 per month
