Responsibilities
- Manage overall soft services operations including housekeeping, commercial cleaning, office cleaning, and janitorial services
- Lead and supervise Operations Supervisors, Cleaning Supervisors, Team Leaders, and site staff across multiple locations
- Plan manpower deployment, duty rosters, and shift schedules to meet operational requirements
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure service standards and client expectations are consistently achieved
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and promptly resolve operational issues
- Coordinate with HR department for recruitment, onboarding, staff training, and performance management
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and key operational KPIs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and client service standards
- Manage cleaning chemicals, equipment, consumables, uniforms, and inventory
- Prepare operational reports, client review reports, and performance improvement plans
- Support mobilization of new contracts and ensure smooth project handovers
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality
Requirements
- Strong background in Facility Management, Cleaning Services, or Soft Services Operations within the UAE
- Proven experience in managing soft services operations including housekeeping, commercial cleaning, office cleaning, and janitorial services
- Experience leading and supervising Operations Supervisors, Cleaning Supervisors, Team Leaders, and site staff across multiple locations
- Strong client relationship management and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, consumables, uniforms, and inventory management
- Ability to prepare operational reports, client review reports, and performance improvement plans

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Soft Services Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our cleaning and housekeeping division.
- The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Facility Management, Cleaning Services, or Soft Services Operations within the UAE.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple client sites, ensuring high quality service delivery, leading operational teams, maintaining client relationships, and driving operational excellence.

Pay
- AED 5,000.00 AED 7,000.00 per month
