Responsibilities
- Knowledge to make Tenders, Proposals, LPO & Quotations
- Negotiation Skills
- Manage day to day operations across multiple client locations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and timely resolution of concerns
- Build and maintain long term client relationships to ensure contract retention and business growth
- Plan and coordinate manpower deployment, work schedules, and site operations
- Supervise Operations Supervisors, Team Leaders, and site staff
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with service standards
- Coordinate with the HR department for recruitment, onboarding, staff training, and performance management
- Prepare operational reports, client review reports, and KPI performance reports
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Monitor service quality, productivity, and client satisfaction, implementing improvements where required
Requirements
- Experience in managing service delivery and operational teams in Facility Management or Cleaning Services
- Knowledge of preparing tenders, proposals, LPOs, and quotations
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent client relationship management skills
