- Lead and manage all day to day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across all functions.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s vision and long term business objectives.
- Drive organizational performance across a business with approximately SAR 300 million turnover, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Oversee cross functional departments including operations, commercial, finance, and support functions to ensure alignment and synergy.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and operational frameworks to ensure targets are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory requirements and telecommunications industry standards.
- Lead transformation initiatives, process improvements, and digital optimization to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team and board on strategic planning, reporting, and performance reviews.
- Oversee risk management practices to ensure operational stability and business continuity.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining high service quality and operational standards.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high performing leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
