About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare, bake, decorate, and present pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, and other baked goods according to recipes and presentation standards
- Manage day to day operations of the assigned pastry section
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and appearance of all pastry products
- Monitor mise en place requirements and ensure timely preparation for service
- Assist in developing new dessert menus, seasonal offerings, and special event menus
- Minimize food wastage through effective inventory and production planning
- Ensure all products are stored, labeled, and handled correctly
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of pastry experience
- At least 1 year in a Chef de Partie or similar supervisory role
- Experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, catering, or hospitality environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of pastry production, baking techniques, dessert presentation, and food safety standards
- Ability to commute/relocate to Dubai
