- Lead the kitchen with creativity and precision, ensuring culinary direction reflects DELANO’s luxury lifestyle concept
- Design and evolve menus with focus on seasonality, quality ingredients, and modern presentation
- Maintain exceptional standards across all dishes, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
- Oversee day to day kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service flow and efficiency
- Inspire, train, and develop the kitchen team, fostering a high performance culture
- Manage food costs, wastage, and inventory effectively while maintaining quality
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and safety regulations
- Work closely with service teams to ensure seamless communication and exceptional guest experience
- Continuously align culinary output with guest expectations and luxury dining trends
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of kitchen SOPs and brand standards
Requirements
- Strong track record as a Chef de Cuisine or Senior Sous Chef within luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or lifestyle led hospitality environments
- Exceptional culinary craft with deep understanding of modern, seasonal, and elevated cuisine
- Experience in kitchen leadership, managing and inspiring teams
- Highly skilled in day to day kitchen operations, hygiene standards, HACCP compliance, stock control
- Understanding of food cost control, waste reduction, and effective use of ingredients
- Formal culinary qualification or international culinary training preferred

- Kitchen Leadership: Lead by example, managing and inspiring teams.
- Operational Strength: Skilled in kitchen operations, hygiene, HACCP, stock control.
- Quality & Consistency: Ensure every dish meets brand standards.
- Cost & Efficiency Management: Understand food cost control and waste reduction.
- Guest Centric Approach: Attuned to luxury guest expectations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with front of house and culinary teams.
- Educational Background: Formal culinary qualification or international training preferred.
