Responsibilities
- Achieve annual sales targets for SpaceLogic KNX through EcoXpert partners in the UAE
- Develop strategic business plans with each partner, including revenue forecasts, opportunity mapping, and market focus
- Drive partner performance through regular sales reviews, pipeline tracking, and opportunity conversion support
- Expand the channel ecosystem by identifying and onboarding new qualified KNX EcoXperts
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned KNX certified EcoXpert partners
- Organize product trainings, workshops, and educational sessions to strengthen partner capabilities
- Execute local marketing initiatives aligned with global SpaceLogic KNX marketing strategy
- Maintain accurate reporting in Salesforce (opportunities, partners, forecasts, activities)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Automation) or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in KNX or Building Automation channel sales—preferably in Abu Dhabi
- Strong understanding of KNX technology, lighting control, home automation, and BMS integration
- Proven track record of managing distributors, integrators, or channel partners
- UAE market knowledge with valid UAE driving license

Position Summary
- The Channel Sales Specialist part of Transactional Commercial division is responsible for driving sales growth, market penetration, and brand visibility for the SpaceLogic KNX portfolio across the UAE with a focus on Abu Dhabi.
- This role will focus on managing, developing, and enabling EcoXpert partners, ensuring they achieve annual sales, technical competency, and marketing activation targets.
- The person will act as the primary business interface between the company and its KNX channel ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve annual sales targets for SpaceLogic KNX through EcoXpert partners in the UAE.
- Develop strategic business plans with each partner, including revenue forecasts, opportunity mapping, and market focus.
- Drive partner performance through regular sales reviews, pipeline tracking, and opportunity conversion support.
- Expand the channel ecosystem by identifying and onboarding new qualified KNX EcoXperts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned KNX certified EcoXpert partners.
- Ensure partners meet the required technical competencies, certifications, and yearly compliance audits.
- Organize product trainings, workshops, and educational sessions to strengthen partner capabilities.
- Execute local marketing initiatives aligned with global SpaceLogic KNX marketing strategy.
- Maintain accurate reporting in salesforce (opportunities, partners, forecasts, activities).
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Automation) or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in KNX or Building Automation channel sales—preferably in the Abu Dhabi.
- Strong understanding of KNX technology, lighting control, home automation, and BMS integration.
- Proven track record of managing distributors, integrators, or channel partners.
- Experience working with or managing EcoXpert partners is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- UAE market knowledge with valid UAE driving license.
