Channel Integration Manager

Opportunity Details

Client Onboarding and Integration

• Lead technical onboarding for corporate clients across GTB payments.
• Support Host-to-Host, SWIFT FIN, FileAct, Alliance connectivity, and payment, statement, balance, and collections APIs.
• Understand client ERP and TMS landscapes and design optimal integration approaches.
• Act as the primary technical client contact during onboarding.

Solution Design

• Participate in pre-implementation and solutioning discussions with clients, Sales, and Product teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical integration models, message formats, and connectivity patterns.
• Advise on integration, security, and scalability best practices.
• Support complex deals requiring non-standard or advanced technical solutions.

Testing and Go-Live

• Coordinate connectivity, file format, message validation, end-to-end transaction, and exception-handling testing.
• Support UAT with client technical teams.
• Manage go-live readiness, cut-over planning, and validation.
• Provide post-go-live hypercare to support early stability.

Implementation Collaboration

• Partner with the Implementation Manager to align technical milestones with implementation plans.
• Coordinate dependencies across Product, Technology, Operations, and client teams.
• Flag risks, delays, and gaps that could affect delivery timelines.
• Ensure technical readiness supports agreed deal timelines and commitments.

Documentation and Governance

• Prepare integration specifications, message formats and mappings, and connectivity and security guidelines.
• Maintain clear, reusable documentation aligned with standard GTB integration models.
• Coordinate with Product, Implementation, Digital Solutions, Cash, Trade, Technology, Architecture, Operations, Risk, and Information Security teams.
• Ensure integrations meet internal security, data, regulatory, and market-specific requirements.
• Support audits, reviews, and technical governance forums.

Requirements

• Experience designing integration approaches for corporate payment channels, including Host-to-Host, SWIFT, and APIs.
• Understanding of client ERP and TMS landscapes and how to integrate them with payment services.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical integration models, message formats, and connectivity patterns.
• Knowledge of integration, security, and scalability best practices.
• Experience coordinating end-to-end testing, message validation, transaction testing, and exception handling.
• Ability to manage go-live readiness, cut-over planning, and post-go-live support.
• Ability to coordinate dependencies across Product, Technology, Operations, and client teams.
• Ability to prepare integration specifications, message mappings, connectivity guidance, and security documentation.
• Knowledge of internal security, data, regulatory, and market-specific requirements.
• Ability to support audits, reviews, and technical governance forums.
