The role leads the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
The position uses automation tools, data analytics, and MarTech platforms to support customer engagement and business growth.

Campaign Operations and Analytics
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and digital channels.
- Coordinate timely campaign rollouts with creative, product, and digital teams.
- Build and optimize automated customer journeys using WebEngage, MoEngage, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Maintain the marketing technology stack for efficiency and reliability.
- Create dynamic audience segments for personalized targeting.
- Run A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.
- Generate actionable insights through dashboards and reports.
- Ensure compliance with data policies and maintain clean databases.
- Support cross-functional teams with campaign alignment and execution insights.
- Introduce innovative tools and formats to improve campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- Four to six years of experience is specified.
- A master's degree or certification in Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or Marketing Technology is preferred.
