Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the CAFM platform (e.g., MRI Evolution or similar) ensuring it aligns with the organization's needs and standards
- Input, update, and manage asset registers, PPM plans, maintenance schedules, and projects
- Track and ensure work orders, preventive maintenance tasks, and reactive and corrective maintenance are completed
- Generate and distribute scheduled and ad hoc reports from the CAFM system to management and other stakeholders
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal CAFM related helpdesk queries
- Assign work orders to the appropriate resource based on skill, location, & availability
- Log, track, and resolve user issues and service requests related to CAFM and facility operations
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT or CAFM Specialist teams as needed
- Provide first line CAFM system support to users across the organization
- Deliver training sessions or create user guides to enhance system understanding and user adoption
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in FM, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a CAFM Operator role in Facility Management industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CAFM software like MIMS, MAXIMO, ORACLE, MRI/FSI

Required Criteria
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in FM, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Proven experience working in an CAFM Operator role in Facility Management industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- CAFM software like MIMS, MAXIMO, ORACLE, MRI/FSI
