Responsibilities
- Ensure presentation and preparation of driving range, short game area, members' range, golf carts, bag drop area, bag storage and cart return area
- Maintain a smart, professional appearance in line with company grooming standards
- Consistently deliver high levels of service to achieve excellent results in the 59Club Mystery Shopper Program
- Assist members and guests with transportation of golf bags, assignment of range bays, golf cart assistance, and general golf services
- Perform delegated tasks as assigned by supervisor or management
- Follow and adhere strictly to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Communicate effectively with members and guests, ensuring a warm and friendly service experience
- Represent the golf club professionally and uphold its service standards
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and understood)
- Friendly, courteous, and service oriented personality
- Well groomed and professional presentation
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Previous golf or hospitality experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Position Overview
- A vacancy exists within the Golf Operations Department for the position of Golf Operations Attendant / Caddy Attendant at a premium golf facility in Abu Dhabi.
- This role plays a key part in delivering a first class golf experience by ensuring all operational areas and facilities are presented to the highest standard, while providing exceptional service to members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
