The employer is seeking an experienced and highly professional private or household butler for a prestigious private household.
The role provides personalized service to a principal and may involve supporting VIPs, UHNWIs, royal families, private estates, luxury hotels, or executive residences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized butler and hospitality services within a private residence.
- Provide formal dining service, including table setting, fine dining etiquette, wine service, and guest hospitality.
- Manage wardrobe care, travel packing and unpacking, and organization of personal belongings.
- Coordinate with household staff and prepare the residence for guests, events, formal dinners, and official functions.
- Manage inventories, supplies, and procurement when required.
- Provide personal assistance, anticipate the principal's needs, and maintain confidentiality.
- Accompany the principal on international travel when required.
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a private butler, household butler, or similar role serving high-profile clients or luxury properties.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Exceptional knowledge of formal service etiquette, luxury hospitality, and household management is required.
- Excellent organization, multitasking, attention to detail, trustworthiness, reliability, loyalty, and discretion are required.
- Ability to work in a fully staffed household and maintain professional personal presentation.
- Flexibility to travel internationally with the principal when required.
- Ability to remain calm, adaptable, and service-oriented in a dynamic private household environment.
