About the Role
PrimeBox is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to bring in new clients and open up new markets across the UAE. You will hunt and acquire new clients across B2C and B2B segments, lead negotiations, and manage the pipeline in CRM.

- Proactively hunting and acquiring new clients across B2C and B2B segments (individuals, SMEs, e commerce, retail, logistics)
- Identifying and developing new verticals and partnership channels
- Leading negotiations and closing deals end to end
- Working warm inbound leads as an additional sales stream
- Coordinating the client manager: task assignment and account oversight
- Managing the pipeline and reporting in CRM
Requirements
- 2+ years in business development or active B2B/B2C sales
- Proven track record of independently sourcing clients — not just handling inbound
- Strong negotiator with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Fluent English required
- Arabic is a strong advantage
- Self starter who thrives without micromanagement
- Own car and UAE driving licence (preferred)
