- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Understand client hiring and workforce requirements and propose suitable recruitment and outsourcing solutions
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and consultations to showcase company services
- Prepare proposals, quotations, service agreements, and commercial offers
- Coordinate closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful service delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer support throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and service related issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business development initiatives within the CRM system
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to overall business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, or consulting services
- Strong understanding of recruitment, workforce solutions, and outsourcing services is preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long term business relationships
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Self motivated, target driven, and customer oriented mindset
