Job description
The Business Analyst will support financial transformation across analysis, stakeholder management, technology management, project management, and change management.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and analyze current financial processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Gather and analyze financial data to support transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with finance teams and other stakeholders to understand requirements and business needs.
- Recommend and implement changes to improve financial process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist with integrating new financial systems and technologies.
- Manage and track financial transformation project progress.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, findings, and recommendations.
- Support change management through training and communication plans.
Qualifications
- A CA or MBA qualification is required.
- The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience and lists a maximum of 8 years.
