Role Overview
Manage the day-to-day execution of the brand across retail channels.
Translate brand strategies into commercial and operational execution.
Drive sales, improve store performance, maintain brand standards, and coordinate cross-functional activities.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities across merchandising, retail, marketing, supply chain, and operations.
- Manage and interpret sales and retail KPIs.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution across functions.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in apparel or fashion retail, brand operations, retail operations, or commercial management.
- Strong understanding of the apparel or fashion retail business and the full retail operating cycle.
- Experience working with Buying and Merchandising, Retail Operations, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams.
- Strong commercial understanding with experience managing and interpreting sales and retail KPIs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution across functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
