We are looking for a Brand Operations Manager with strong apparel and fashion retail experience to manage the day-to-day execution of the brand across retail channels. The role will ensure that brand strategies are effectively translated into commercial and operational execution, while driving sales
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in apparel/fashion retail, brand operations, retail operations, or commercial management.
- Strong understanding of the apparel/fashion retail business and the full retail operating cycle.
- Experience working with Buying & Merchandising, Retail Operations, Marketing, VM, and Supply Chain teams.
- Strong commercial understanding with experience managing and interpreting sales and retail KPIs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution across functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day execution of the brand across retail channels.
- Ensure that brand strategies are effectively translated into commercial and operational execution.
- Drive sales and improve store performance.
- Maintain brand standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across merchandising, retail, marketing, supply chain, and operations.
