Branch Operations Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire operation of the branch.
- Ensure smooth branch operations at all times.
- Ensure the branch adheres to the highest standards of compliance.
- Maintain branch upkeep, including physical and IT infrastructure.
Customer and Revenue Responsibilities
- Ensure customer service standards are met and minimize customer complaints and escalations.
- Deepen customer engagement and maximize revenue through cross-selling and upselling.
Qualifications
- 3 to 9 years of professional experience.
