Responsible for the entire operation of a branch, including sales attainment and customer service quality.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer service standards are met and minimize customer complaints and escalations.
- Deepen customer engagement and maximize revenue through cross-selling and upselling.
- Ensure smooth operations of the branch at all times.
- Ensure the branch adheres to the highest standards of compliance.
- Ensure branch upkeep in terms of physical and IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Minimum experience required: 3 years.
- Maximum experience specified: 9 years.
- Graduate qualification in any specialization.
