Oversee the entire operation of a banking branch.
Ensure sales goals are attained while maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer service standards are met and minimize complaints and escalations.
- Deepen customer engagement and maximize revenue through cross-selling and upselling.
- Ensure smooth branch operations at all times.
- Ensure branch compliance with the highest standards.
- Maintain branch physical and IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Minimum experience: 3 years.
- Maximum experience: 9 years.
- Graduate degree in any specialization.
