Key Responsibilities
- Lead boutique operations and commercial performance to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Drive high-value luxury jewellery sales through clienteling and personalized customer engagement.
- Develop an extensive personal client database, particularly among HNW and UHNW clients, VIPs, collectors, and luxury consumers.
- Build client relationships that generate repeat business, referrals, and private appointments.
- Conduct outreach, follow-ups, private viewings, trunk shows, and VIP events.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the boutique team.
- Monitor sales, conversion, average transaction value, retention, and team performance KPIs.
- Ensure product presentation, visual merchandising, stock management, security, and procedural compliance.
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing, merchandising, and operations teams.
- Represent the brand at VIP events, exhibitions, and private appointments.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced background in luxury jewellery retail and boutique management.
- Proven track record in luxury jewellery sales, clienteling, and relationship management.
- Extensive established HNW and UHNW client database and strong relationships within the luxury jewellery market.
