BIM Manager (Digital Delivery)

Role Summary

Work Arrangement

• The role is full-time office/project based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• The position includes site visits to support BIM and GIS discussions and execution.

Information Management and BIM

• Develop Exchange Information Requirements, Asset Information Requirements, BIM Management Plans, and BIM Execution Plans.
• Develop contract language to flow information requirements to AEC consultants and contractors during tenders.
• Maintain information management processes in alignment with ISO 19650, BS 1192, OGC, NATSPEC, and project requirements.
• Control, deploy, and maintain the Common Data Environment and its information workflows.

Digital Delivery and Data

• Deploy dashboards to monitor BIM and GIS use cases across design, construction, and geospatial coordination.
• Develop work-process maps, data inputs, and outputs for BIM-GIS interoperability and digital workflows.
• Integrate GIS data models with BIM models and maintain consistency between 3D models and georeferenced assets.
• Manage GIS layers, basemaps, spatial datasets, coordinate systems, and metadata.

Training and Standards

• Develop and deliver training on BIM and GIS processes, tools, and workflows.
• Maintain documentation, guides, and templates for BIM, GIS, data management, and Common Data Environment usage.
• Assess implementation, capture lessons learned, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Define naming, coding, asset tagging, document numbering, asset types, and category structures.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's or master's degree, or international equivalent.
• Thirteen to fifteen years of relevant experience, including at least seven years in BIM, GIS, or digital delivery roles.
• Experience in engineering, construction, contracts, project controls, tender processes, and large-scale project information management.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Advanced knowledge of ACC/BIM 360, Civil 3D, Revit, Synchro, Navisworks, InfraWorks, and Rhino.
• Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, QGIS, and FME.
• Understanding of ISO 19650 information management principles and framework.
• Experience with GIS data models, configuration control, BIM-GIS interoperability, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Strong problem-solving, technical writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
