- Provide professional haircutting, beard trimming, shaving, and grooming services
- Consult with guests to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation of tools and workstations
- Ensure excellent guest service and create a welcoming experience for all clients
- Keep up to date with current grooming trends, techniques, and products
- Promote and recommend retail grooming products where appropriate
- Manage appointment schedules and ensure timely service delivery
- Follow company policies, health and safety regulations, and grooming standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barber in a premium barbershop, salon, luxury spa, or hospitality environment
- Strong skills in men's haircuts, beard styling, shaving, and grooming techniques

Position Overview
