- Ensure materials and services are procured at competitive prices to budget

Objectives
- Develop and implement solutions through procurement of goods and services to support project objectives.
- Enhance profitability by managing procurement of project specific work packages and supplies in accordance with project specification, programme, and budget.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide an ethical and consistent approach to procurement of goods and services.
- Maintain in depth knowledge of local and national construction markets.
- Create, foster, and maintain working relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Comply with all aspects of approved business processes and procedures.
- Assist in selection and appraisal of subcontractors and suppliers from preferred vendor database.
- Draft suitable terms and conditions and subcontract documentation.
- Take part in subcontractor and supplier negotiations.
- Ensure materials and services are procured at competitive prices to budget, in accordance with project construction programme and specifications.
- Promote and uphold corporate vision and values.

- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with Integrated Management System (IMS).
Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ)
- Prioritize health, safety, environmental protection, and quality in all aspects of work.
- Compliance with HSEQ policies, regulations, and best practices is mandatory.

- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
Working Relationships
- Internal: C3 Group as applicable.
- External: Suppliers/Subcontractors as applicable, Operator/End User as applicable, Auditors.
