Responsibilities
- Provide regular insightful reporting to executive leadership within Mobility and Operations and support group reporting requirements
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long term planning processes in alignment with company goals
- Contribute to the development and management of dynamic financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to track and evaluate business performance
- Deliver high quality financial insights, variance analyses, and scenario planning to support informed decision making
- Work closely with operational and commercial teams to improve cost efficiency, productivity, and profitability
- Partner with Accounting to ensure alignment between management reporting and statutory accounts
- Play a key role in strategic initiatives including business expansion, cost transformation, and investment analysis
- Mentor and develop a team of finance professionals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with organizational objectives
Requirements
- More than 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably within operationally intensive environments
- Strong accounting foundation (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and long term planning processes
- Proficiency in financial modeling, dashboards, and KPIs
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in team leadership and development

Job Purpose
- We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute Associate Director of Finance to join our Mobility Team.
- This strategic role requires an expert in financial insights, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis to help shape the company's financial direction and drive operational excellence.
- The ideal candidate will bring more than 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably within operationally intensive environments, and possess a strong accounting foundation (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
Job Responsibilities
- Provide regular insightful reporting to executive leadership within Mobility and Operations and supporting the finance leadership meeting its group reporting requirements.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long term planning processes in alignment with company goals.
- Contribute to the development and management of dynamic financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to track and evaluate business performance.
- Deliver high quality financial insights, variance analyses, and scenario planning to support informed decision making.
- Work closely with operational and commercial teams to improve cost efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards, Reports & Compliance
- Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions.
- Ensure adherence to internal financial policies, procedures, and controls.
- Conduct periodic internal audits to assess the effectiveness of financial controls.
- Consult with external auditors during annual audits.
- Support activities required to satisfy internal audit requirements.
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the department's systems, processes and practices.
Team Leadership & Development
- Mentor and develop a team of finance professionals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and efficiency within the finance department and across other business functions.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with organizational objectives.
- Communicate financial results and KPIs to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
