Role Overview
The partner company is seeking an Assistant Manager, Trustee Billing and Reporting based in India.

Trustee Billing Operations
- Lead trustee billing operations and oversee Billing Team Leads and Billing Analysts.
- Manage milestone-based billing and ensure invoices meet customer requirements and contractual timelines.
- Track transferred loans, servicing portfolios, and billable activities to help prevent revenue leakage.
- Monitor billing volumes, workflow performance, aged unbilled balances, bottlenecks, and SLA adherence.
- Coach and develop team members and maintain a motivated, accountable billing organization.
