Functional Responsibilities

  • Manage coordination for international brokerage and referral partners, supporting partner identification, onboarding, and ongoing engagement.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of partner records, contracts, profiles, and transaction data within CRM systems and internal databases.
  • Manage partner enablement activities, including training logistics, materials preparation, scheduling, and follow-up actions.
  • Track partner activity, leads, and residential sales pipeline updates, ensuring timely data capture and reporting accuracy.
  • Prepare recurring operational and performance reports on partner engagement, lead flow, and conversion trends.
  • Support structured partner communications and updates in alignment with approved sales messaging and governance guidelines
  • Assist in incentive tracking, commission coordination, and related documentation in collaboration with finance and sales operations teams
  • Liaise with internal sales, marketing, legal, and operations teams to resolve partner-related operational, documentation, or data issues
  • Ensure compliance with approved partner governance frameworks, processes, and documentation requirements for international residential transactions
