- Partner with Product Manager to design, develop, and implement secure, private AI agent platforms
- Architect, deploy, and manage self hosted Large Language Model (LLM) environments
- Design and maintain secure AI architectures with data isolation, encryption, access controls, audit logging, and governance
- Develop and support internal applications with SSO, RBAC, and user management
- Implement and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
- Own end to end AI platform lifecycle (MLOps) including deployment, monitoring, model versioning, and optimization
- Design and develop AI agent ecosystems for engineering processes, workflow automation, and business operations
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms like Microsoft OneDrive, Jira, GitLab
- Build monitoring, reporting, and feedback mechanisms for agent performance and business ROI
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate innovations into practical business solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
- Support commercial and client facing activities with technical expertise
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field
- Minimum 8 years of hands on experience in AI/ML engineering
- Strong experience with Python
- Proven experience developing, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML solutions in real world business environments
- Strong analytical and data driven mindset
- Strong problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Requirements
