Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics related to artworks, exhibitions and gallery projects
- Support the movement of artworks between Europe, the Gulf region and selected international destinations
- Assist with shipping coordination, documentation and communication with logistics providers
- Support exhibition preparation, installation planning and operational activities
- Coordinate gallery operations related to exhibitions, events and special projects
- Maintain communication with artists, galleries, suppliers and service providers
- Support project timelines and ensure smooth operational execution
Requirements
- Strong interest in contemporary art and gallery operations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Professional and structured working approach
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience in logistics, operations, exhibitions, events, hospitality, project coordination or related fields
- Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment

- Arturo Palomba Gallery LLC is an international contemporary art gallery operating between Dubai, Europe and selected international art markets.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation
- QAR 16,000 – QAR 26,000 per month
